- Preheat oven to 350 Celsius (i used Celsius, you can convert it as what you like).

- combine along flours, carrots, coconut, sugar, oats, baking powder and salt.

- during a seperate bowl combine along water, oil and vanilla.

- Add wet mixture to dry mixture.

- combine to mix.

- Fold in chocolate chips, pecans and cherries.

- Scoop batter two tablespoons at a time onto a baking sheet. two tablespoons is one cookie, gently push it all along.

- Bake for 15-20 minutes till gently golden.

- Cool for two minutes then move to rack to chill fully.
