Vegetarian Aloo Gobi ki Sabji Recipes Ingredients:

Cauliflowers - 1/2 flower
Potato - a pair of Medium
Tomato - a pair of tiny or one huge
Onion - a pair of medium
Green chilies - 4-5
Ginger-garlic paste - 1tps
Peas (optional) - 1/4 cup
Chopped coriander - 1/4 cup
Bay Leaf - one
Cumin seeds - 1tps
Suanf - 1/3 tps
Green Cardamom - one
Black Cardamom - one
Black pepper - 4-5
Javitri leaves -
Salt to style
Turmeric powder - 1/4tps
Redchilli powder - 2tps
Coriander powder - 1tps
Garam masala powder - 1tps (optional)
Oil - 2-3 tablespoon
Water - one 1/2 cup



Vegetarian Aloo Gobi ki Sabji Recipes Method:

1. Cut cauliflowers into medium peaces, peel the potatoes and cut into medium cubes.
2. create fine paste of 1onion, cumin seeds, suanf, javitri, each cardamoms, pepper and keep aside.
3. Chop remaining one onion and tomatoes, slit the chilies
4. Ina pan heat 2tablespoon of oil and shallow fry the cauliflower and potatoes & keep aside.
5. within the same pan add a lot of oil if needed, add bay leaves, chopped onion, ginger-garlic paste and chilies. Sauté till onion becomes golden brown.
6. Add all the powder & paste masalas [prepared in step 2] and cook for 2-3mins.
7. Add chopped tomatoes and cook for 4-5mins till tomatoes become soft and masala gets cooked.
8. Add 1/2cup water within the masala and cook for 3-4mins.
9. currently added the potato and cauliflowers and blend well and cook in slow flame for 5-8mins.
10. Add Peas and blend.
11. Add one to 11/2cup of water, salt & cowl the pan with lid and cook (8-10mins) in medium flame till all the veggies gets done nicely.
12. Aloo gobi sabji si prepared,garnish with chopped coriander.

 Vegetarian Aloo Gobi ki Sabji Recipes will taste better if you serve it with roti/paratha/rice/pulav.
