South Indian Vegetarian Rice Recipes Ingredients:
Potatoes a pair of massive boiled, peeled and cut into tiny items
Onions a pair of chopped
Green chilies four chopped
Tomatoes a pair of chopped
Coriander leaves one tbsp finely chopped
Mustard seeds 1/2 tsp
Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
Urad Daal one tsp
Coriander powder one tsp
Red Chili Powder 1/2 tsp
Curry leaves one sprig
Oil 2 tbsp
Water 1/2 cup
Salt to style
South Indian Vegetarian Rice Recipes Procedure:
Heat oil in an exceedingly pan, season with mustard and cumin seeds, urad daal, curry leaves and fry for jiffy until daal turns golden brown.
Add inexperienced chilies, onions, coriander powder and fry for an additional five minutes.
Now add tomatoes and cook till they become soft. Then add potato items and stir well.
Add water, red chili powder and salt to style and simmer for 3-4 minutes.
Remove from heat and garnish with coriander leaves.
Serve hot with dosas or chapaatis or pooris.
