How to Make Russian Borscht Soup Ingredients:
• a pair of tbsp Canola Oil
• one pound Lamb Stew Meat (cut into 1/2-inch cubes)
• one Onion (peeled and finely chopped)
• 3-1/2 quarts Beef Broth
• 1/4 cup Red Wine Vinegar
• a pair of tbsp Lemon Juice
• 1-1/4 pounds Cabbage (cored and shredded)
• 1-1/2 pounds ripe Tomatoes (diced)
• a pair of pounds Beets (peeled and diced, tops reserved)
• a pair of Bay Leaves
• one tsp Salt
• 1/2 tsp Black Pepper (freshly ground)
• one pint bitter Cream
• 1/4 cup Dill (chopped)

How to Make Russian Borscht Soup:
Heat canola oil in massive stockpot, over high heat, till it's highly regarded.
Add lamb and cook, till well-browned.
Stir in onion and cook for two minutes, or till tender.
Add in beef broth, vinegar, lemon juice, cabbage tomatoes, beets, bay leaves, salt and pepper.
Bring to boil over high heat. Then, cut back the warmth to medium low and simmer coated for two  hours, or till the lamb and beets are tender.
