Fish ( vanjiram ) - four items
Basmati rice - two cups
Onion ( massive ) - three
Tomato - 4
Green chilli - three
Garam masala powder - one tsp
Curd - 1/2 cup
Chilli powder - one tsp
Coriander leaves - some
Mint leaves - some
Ghee - 1/4 cup
Ginger garlic cinnamon paste - four tsp
Saunf - one tsp
Briyani leaf - one
Salt - as required
Oil - as required

South Indian Non Vegetarian Recipes Method

1. Cut onion, tomato, inexperienced chilli into skinny long slices.
2. combine garam masala powder, chilli powder, salt, smear over fish and put aside.
3. Heat oil in an exceedingly frying pan.
4. Add fish, fry, cut into items when cool.
