- 2 oz. (60g.) sago flour

- 3 cups coconut milk
- 10 oz. (315g.) sugar
- 10 pandan leaves (pounded; add a trifle water & squeeze for juice)
- 2 tsp. inexperienced colouring
- Kuih Talam White Layer Ingredients:
- 2 cups coconut milk
- a pinch of salt
- 2 oz. (90g.) rice flour
- 3 oz. (90g.) sago flour
Vegetarian Kuih Talam Recipes Method:
- To prepare inexperienced layer. combine rice flour, sago flour and sugar with coconut milk. Add remaining ingredients.
- Pour mixture into a gently greased tray and steam for regarding one hour.
- To prepare white layer. combine all white layer ingredients. Stir well until blended.
- Pour mixture over inexperienced layer. Steam another thirty min. until layer sets.
- Allow to cool down fully before cutting into diamond shapes. Serve.
