  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 60g. / 2 oz. margarine
  • 2-3 dsp ice water

  • 1 potato
  • 1 onion
  • 1/2 carrot
  • 1 slice ginger
  • 1 sprig curry leaf
  • 1 tsp mustard seeds (biji bijan)
  • 1 tbsp curry powder or to style
  • 70 ml / 1/8 pt water or coconut milk
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp oil

Vegetable Vegetarian Puffs Recipes: To Make Filling:
  1. Wash and wipe dry curry leaves and mustard seeds.
  2. Shred curry leaves finely
  3. Slice shallots finely.
  4. Dice potato finely and soak in water.
  5. Blend curry powder to a paste with 1-2 tbsp water or coconut milk.
  6. Heat oil. Lower fire. Saute shallots until there's nice aroma. Add curry leaves, mustard seeds and ginger. Fry until there's nice aroma.
  7. Add curry powder paste. Fry until there's nice aroma and oil seems.
  8. Add in drained potato, onion, carrot and salt. Fry for a brief whereas.
  9. Add remaining water or coconut milk. Simmer until vegetables are cooked and moist. Taste.
